Analyze product, monetization, and user behavior data to identify insights related to funnel conversion, retention, LTV, and app performance.

Explore large-scale datasets to uncover user patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities for Product, Monetization, and UA teams.

Support the development of predictive models and business impact analysis to estimate potential revenue or retention improvements.

Maintain and update PnL, monetization, and forecasting reports to support “scale or kill” business decisions.

Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and anomaly alerts to monitor business performance and operational health.

Communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations while collaborating with cross-functional teams on analysis and experiments.

Yêu cầu

At least 2 years of experience. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; comfortable working with large datasets and building data analysis workflows.

Strong analytical thinking with understanding of product metrics, user behavior, retention, monetization, and funnel analysis.

Comfortable using modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to improve data exploration, reporting, and workflow automation.

Ability to translate data into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with Product, Monetization, UA, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

Experience in mobile app, gaming, or digital product environments.

Experience working with data infrastructure and analytics systems such as Airflow, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines
